Face Masks for a CauseBy Antoinette Durand
These rainbow mask are great to show support for the LBGTQ+ community. They come in children's sizes, as well. At twenty-five dollars for two, it's reasonable enough. Plus, 100% of the profits go to NY Hospitals.

Black Lives Matter is an excellent cause to donate to. 20% of proceeds from this mask go to Black Lives Matter. It's $20.00, so a little bit pricey, but it's worth it if you want to donate. This mask sends out a message to everyone, "vote!" Voting is an important way to effect change. This mask is $16.00, but with every purchase of a mask, one mask is donated.

These a stressful times for everyone. Just letting people know that they're essential to stopping this via social distancing. They're essential because they are doing good. Spread that message with this "you're essential" mask.
From CNN and The Outrage. The Outrage is a website for activists. They supply the Woman's March merchandise. Pride, BLM, and other causes have shirts for sale there. They donate profits to great causes.
Classic Issue:456 Pounds, 382 Days, 0 Food
By Antoinette Durand
Anges Barbiari, a 456 pound man, didn't eat anything for 382 days. He fasted for his health, and had a goal weight of 180 pounds. The most amazing part? Barbiari lived a normal life, and was always treated as an out patient at the hospital.Yes, Anges Barbiari spent a few nights in the hospital, and had almost daily blood and urine tests. We can tell that it's unlikely that he cheated on his fast. When doctors tested his blood glucose levels, they were at 30. Just to give you perspective, an average person's blood glucose level is about 140. If a person fasts from 5 PM to morning, their blood glucose level should be about half that. If Barbiari were to eat, it would have shown on the blood tests.
On a grosser side, Barbiari very infrequently pooped. When he did, doctors found it to be just dead cells.
Anges Barbiari drank black coffee and plain tea. He took vitamins every day, too. Barbiari broke his fast with boiled egg, black coffee, and a slice of buttered bread. He made it to his goal weight of 180 pounds. Five years after his fast, Barbiari was 196 pounds.

You Can Run...
By Antoinette Durand
The old saying "you can run, but you can't hide!" has been repeated by bad-guys across the ages. It doesn't, however, hold up to these threats.
Do not run away from bears. Whether you happen to stumble across one while hiking or find it looting your trash, it's simply a bad idea. Bears can run roughly thirty miles per hour. If you encounter a bear, back away slowly. They generally want to be left alone. There are only 40 bear attacks globally per year.
Attacking or aggressive dogs shouldn't be run from, either. Firstly, try not to excite a dog. Don't run from an attack. That may provoke the dog. Don't stare down the dog, either. It looks threatening. Don't smile AKA bare your teeth. Slowly back away from it, preferably into a care, house, business, or some other dog-proof shelter. Note that there is an exception to this rule: if multiple dogs are attacking you, try to get out. That is a very dangerous situation.
