Welcome to Human’s Tribune!

This is crazy. We all know that, so this publication is about humans, not a virus. Of course, we will have articles about the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but Human’s Tribune will also offer feel-good stories to distract from said pandemic.

The Koala

Yes, we will be talking about one of Earth’s cutest animals, the Koala.
These fluffy guys eat eucalyptus leaves. Seriously, that’s it. To make life easier, they just live in eucalyptus trees. That would be like living in your freezer ‘cause it’s where the ice cream is.

COVID-19

Yes, I know I said that I’d try to stay clear, but it would be irresponsible as citizens of the world not to pay some attention to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to worldometers.info, there are 4,560,457 COVID-19 cases. We need to wear a mask and wash our hands.

Weather

On Saturday, May 16, the high is 68 and the low is 55. 20% chance of rain.

Sunday, May 17, 67 is the high and 47 is the low. 80% chance of rain.

Monday, May 18, will have a high of 58 and a low of 44. 20% chance of rain.

Movie Review

For everyone who has Netflix, I highly recommend The Unlisted. It’s about twin brothers in Australia and The Global Child Initiative, a nonprofit organization that comes to ‘better’ their school. When a mandatory dental checkup happens at the school, things turn weird. It’s a thrilling dystopian world that helps take up the time of this summer.

It’s rated PG, so all of your younger siblings can enjoy it with you. There is some brief, mild language. A little bit of violence is shown, but way less than in a superhero movie.

100 Years Ago Today…
The world was recovering from a flu pandemic.

The main causes of death were tuberculosis and pneumonia.

We were in prohibition.
