Ways To Change Your LifeBy Ember Hernandez
It might take a while to get used to these habits, so take your time. You have all the time in the world to become a better person. I suggest doing 30 days with practicing one of these habits.
1. Stay clean
Whether this means to shower more often,or clean your face 3 times a day, staying extra clean will boost your hygiene, and possibly your attitude.
How to improve your hygiene.
2. Limit screen time
Screens make you more grumpy, and suppress your melatonin inside your body (sleep gland). Try to read or draw instead. You could also set up a screen time limit on your devices. We’re having good weather, people. Go outside.

3. Exercise
It could be as simple as doing a 15-Minute workout routine, or jogging around the block. You should also motivate and reward yourself whenever you can. For example, watch a movie for every week you keep the exercise routine alive and well.

4. “ Me days “
Life is very stressful right now, so always take one day out of the week to relax. Maybe meet up with friends that live close to you, or calm down in your room with a book and a snack.
Stress manage right.
5. Eat better
This might be the hardest one yet. it ‘s pretty hard to reach for a smoothie when there’s a sugary soda there too. “Out of sight, out of mind” is a great phrase. Keep sugary and greasy things in cabinets and the fridge. You could also find an alternative to guilty pleasures. Instead of potato chips, try blue corn tortilla chips with hummus. I’ve also been trying to eat at healthier restaurants.
Better eating habits.
6. Sleeping habits
Sleep deprivation is one of the worst issues that cause antisocial behavior. Perhaps exercise an hour or so before you sleep. I’ve been taking melatonin vitamins and those help too. If you do watch something before bed ( not recommended ), make sure it’s light and funny. Something scary will keep you up all night. Make sure you have a supportable pillow and a light comforter during summer. I also have a weighted blanket.

7. Clean space, clean mind.
Keeping your house clean will improve your mood a lot, and your routine. Keep it organized and neat, and I promise your mood will improve
Keeping it clean.
8. Routines
Routines can help establish a sense of normalcy. Try to stick to a schedule that includes healthy habits. Remember that health includes your mind, so don’t discount the stress that comes with being a human living today. Keep a journal, and write in it at a specific time. Having healthy habits in your routine will make your life better.

The University of Virginia's former athletics logo has links slavery. They're getting rid of it because of that. "The previous design featured two crossed sabres with serpentine handles, a reference to curved walls on the UVA campus originally built to isolate enslaved people from the university community," according to CNN.
